Need to know what to buy for Tracy, Heated grips or handle bar mitts. What is your choice and why

Paul, I don't have the heated grips, but Jimmy does and he likes them......I have the handle bar mits....combined with a good pair of gloves, they do a good job of keeping your hands warm, but they are clumbersome and interfear with your operation of the controls. A pair of handle bar "brush guards" will keep the wind off your hands, and combined with the heated grips (I recommend the ones with two heat level settings) and a good pair of gloves should be the ideal cold weather/Warm Hands "set-up" ...... ;D

Thanks Larry, I think the grips would be better for Tracy,if the mitts get in the way.

Santa brought me a pair ofheated grips for Christmas Not put them on yet so no idea how good they might work but I will see! Later, Trailmaster C

During the thanksgiving trip last year the windsheild on glinda's arctic cat was worth the $$$, as far as my hands go all I had to wear were a pair of jersey gloves, and our heads stayed warm by wearing sreet bike helmets............... cold weather......... not to bad.
